Who is H.E.L.P.?

H.E.L.P. is the first stop. Its education and counseling programs focus on elder care, legal options, financial planning and consumer protection. H.E.L.P.’s highly qualified program staff includes an elder-law attorney and gerontologist who guide individuals with objective, accurate and up-to-date information and referrals. H.E.L.P. educates and counsels older adults, their families and care providers to plan ahead now for what might be in store.

What Can H.E.L.P. Do For You?

H.E.L.P. provides problem-solving, information and referrals through: telephone and walk-in services, updated website information, community classes, and private consultations or mediations with its elder law attorney. HELP’s professionally developed publications include: HELP Is Here – a quarterly magazine that contains important articles about current issues impacting seniors and their caregivers; Your Way - a guide to help you stay in charge of decisions about your medical care; and H.E.L.P.’s Nuts and Bolts Guides that provide simple and easy to read information on healthcare and financial powers of attorney, probate (and ways to avoid it), estate administration, and more.
