	To cut down on junk mail, write to Mail Preference Service, Direct Marketing Association, P.O. Box 9008, Farmingdale, N.Y. 11735, provide your name and zip code, and request that they instruct their members to remove you from their mailing lists.
	To cut down on the junk calls, write to Telephone Preference Service, Direct Marketing Association, P.O. Box 9014, Farmingdale, N.Y. 11735, provide your telephone number and request that they instruct their members to remove you from their calling lists.

Expect to see a reduction in the junk mail and calls in about three months.
