H.E.L.P.’s fifteenth anniversary celebration, “One Elegant Evening: 15 Years in the Making”, on July 8^th, was a huge success. Nearly 200 supporters attended the annual Celebrate Summer fundraiser at Trump National Golf Club, which was chaired by Sharon Ryan. The evening began with a cocktail reception held on the veranda overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The silent auction, with delicious hors d’oeuvres, was accompanied by music and commentary from Teddy Johnson. The reception was followed by an elegant dinner, with views of the sunset, and a live auction.

H.E.L.P. (Healthcare and Elder Law Programs Corporation) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering older adults and their families by providing impartial information, education and counseling on elder care, law, finances and consumer protection so they may lead lives with security and dignity.

H.E.L.P. was founded in 1996 by Ed and Pat Long.

Starting out as a "Mom and Pop" effort, H.E.L.P. has grown to the point where more than 40 "aunts, uncles, godparents and good friends" volunteer their time to help older adults through H.E.L.P. Many more individuals, couples and families generously donate to keep H.E.L.P.'s services available to the community.
